Personally, I received the best care at this hospital after being hospitalized for a psychosis. Met some really nice nurses and doctors at this facility. If you’re looking for the place to get some actual mental health care this is the place to go. Met someone really nice nurses and staff overall. However the experience at this institution was actually very helpful to my mind and psychological state. One of the worst hospitals I have ever encountered. The nurses were calling me names and when it was time for me to leave they were all clapping. Now mind u I didn’t do anything to these nurses at all. I lost my bowels at some point because they gave me a medicine I was NOT supposed to have and they were told this. I slept the whole time I was there. All they did was call me names at the nurses desk and treated me like a complete peasant

This hospital is the worst hospital to go to. I got there today and waited for hours to be seen then a Puerto Rican woman walked in and received care right away. And the security guard women there is very rude. I got there at 5:45pm this evening and was Never treated or seen. This emergency room doesn't care about your illness. They make there patients wait purposely because they don't want to do there jobs. And I was told by a security officer that there were rooms available so there shouldn't have been no reason why I had to wait and there was 2 other women that were there for over 5 hours. And the security guard said that they take better care of there patients over on the clean side.

I hadn't visited this hospital in years, I had to go for an emergency, the waiting time was more than 5 hours even though the room was not full, many patients left because of waiting so long, the facilities were disgusting, there was a stench and I peed everywhere, no. there was no cleaning. Inside the rooms it also stinks of urine much worse and has a lumpy smell, a total disaster as well as the bathrooms. The only good thing I can say is that the doctors and the nurse were very kind and super professional, I was very well cared for. But from there on out they need to improve the cleaning situation. It is a hospital and there are a lot of bacteria.

They take good care of my mom here but it's impossible to visit her. Every single day the visiting hours changes and the staff tells me something different every time I go there in person to see my mom. I love the help that my mom is receiving. I just wish I could see her. Or atleast know anything about her. I haven't seen her in a week because it's so hard to get to her ..... 5 weeks later my mom is actually all better now. Thanks to the meds, nursing unit, her social worker and doctors. Just be mindful everyone there is doing their best and they are only human ♥️

This is absolutely deplorable from the rude and impatient front line staff to the fact that my son came in with chest pains and sat waiting to be seen in excess of four hours. I was sent to a waiting room that was around the corner and had to either walk back to the ER to get updated or call my son on the phone. Absolutely horrible. I feel heartbroken for the people of the community that have to endure this treatment as thier medical option.

Not even deserve 1 star.horrible service. Just before 10 minutes, they canceled my appointment. They don’t even know which day they will perform an ultrasound. I took a day off from my job for this appointment. Are they gonna pay me for that day? Disgusting illiterate people are working there. I’m telling you they gonna ruin Tample's reputation. Very disappointed.

Why doesn’t google give people the option to give no stars? If you want to die. Come to this place they call a hospital. Specially during the overnight shift. The ambulance dropped me off to the ER at 4 AM and didn’t get any treatment until a doctor from the next shift (8 AM) came to see me. My condition gotten worst over time. They’re rude, unprofessional, undertrained. They were begging for a lawsuit. And it’s coming.
