Es kommt ganz drauf an was man sucht...
Ein Apartment im Epizentrum der Partymeile von Liverpool? Dann here you go - besser geht es einfach gar nicht.
Du suchst ein wenig Ruhe und Erholung - dann buche auf keinen Fall hier wenn du mit offenem Fenster schläfst 🙂
Der Service ist super - jederzeit hilfsbereit. Wir brauchten eine 2.denke - kein Problem!
Wir mussten Fr-Sa spontan auf Sa-So umbuchen - kein Problem!
Wir hatten den Code vergessen um 3:00 morgens - kein Problem, der freundliche MA von Empfang kam runter zum aufmachen.
Tiptop!!!!
Einziges Manko: das Bett ist echt klein und die Matratze viel zu weich….

Service okay (wir mussten 100£ Kaution für eine kaputte Bude geben) ... Standort okay. Ist nah am Cavern Club (Beatles) und am Hauptbahnhof. Im Zimmer gibt es eine tolle Dusche und ein super Panorama Fenster.
Allerdings hapert es überall an anderem - kein Geschirrtuch, kein Haken für die Jacken, Boden total klebrig (schmatzt total), allerdings gab es eine Waschmaschine.
Außerdem klappert das meiste und ist halb kaputt.
Bett war für zwei Personen etwas zu klein.
Ein Minuspunkt zum Standort: Man konnte kaum einschlafen, es war seeeehr laut!

Mehr als zwei Sterne kann man da nicht geben.

Apartment ist ok, aber sehr sehr laut und nur mäßig ausgestattet. Das Bett ist leider sehr unbequem und der Service nahezu nicht vorhanden.

Sehr schlechtes Apartment. Praktisch alles war kaputt. Personal hatte keine Interesse an den Gästen.

Stayed in Room 8. Room was tired, filthy and lock needs replacing on door. Windows were absolutely filthy & final straw was when door frame fell off bathroom door when closing it. Horrendous smell in apartment. Reported to owner (AirBnB Host) and reception. Owner advised he would talk to building manager. Reception advised that as privately owned they were not responsible for maintenance. They eventually advised we could check out and have a refund for our 2nd nights stay but as we were only there two nights and had activities pre booked & paid for in the City, we didn’t have time to pack up & search for alternative accommodation. Being adjacent to Matthew’s St, it is noisy but we didn’t personally find that a problem. The thickness of the dirt on the windows probably helped to deaden the noise a bit! Toilet seat doesn’t fit properly, bathroom sink doesn’t drain to name just a few other issues. H&S within the building is appalling, wet riser broken, fire doors propped open etc. However, if you fancy any recreational substances, these can be freely picked up from the lift!

The rooms and facilities are very budget, but it was priced to reflect this, we thought it was good value for money. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Location is great if you want to be in the city centre. We were right on the busy street and the noise from outside really wasn’t bad, slept fine.

The main bonus here is having the kitchen in the room, nice to be able to get up and have breakfast. It is not equipped for cooking (but we didn’t plan to anyway).

Only problem we had was they would not provide two keys for the room which is not an issue I’ve had at other hotels. Makes it tricky if you aren’t both doing the same thing as you have to plan ahead and leave the keys at reception (which isn’t always open).

A great place to stay in the centre of Liverpool. Room was a good size with cooking facilities.
The bathroom had cracked tiles which was a bit of a concern with bare feet. The reception is closed between 5 - 6pm, so arrive before or after this time. Otherwise a good stay for Us.

I would not stay here if you want to sleep! There was incredibly loud music from all of the nearby bars until around 2am on weeknights. My own fault for not checking. Perfect if you're here to have fun and enjoy Liverpool's amazing nightlife and music, not the best choice for a business trip!
