During my girlfriend's visit to the ER, she asks the receptionist for a wheelchair and gets stared at as if she made a dumb request. A few moments later, my girlfriend overhears the same receptionist say "He's fine, he's okay. He drove here." and the man she's referring to resembles every bit of Bernie Sanders.

To anyone seeking medical help, be aware that even in your moments of excruciating pain and/or hemorrhaging, the nurses and receptionists here make themselves appear to be annoyed and avoidant of patients. They lack compassion for people who are already in pain and in need. It's just not a way to talk to anyone in your ER room.

PS. My girlfriend later goes to JPS and finds out her cervix is open and having contractions. Had Harris caught this earlier, ALOT could've been prevented!!

Went here the other day for the flu they did blood tests and urine tests for no reason at all they did not give me a head scan because I had also fell i requested a head scam sns they didn't do it at all plus I have to pay $7,000 just for the unnecessary blood /urine tests just for the doctor to come back and say I have the flu if you want a professional hospital then go to Harris downtown because Southwest doesn't know what professionalism is at all.!! Stay away from Harris southwest.

Staff was great. Attentive, friendly, empathetic. There were several of them but I just met Dr. Mayfield (amazing!), Nurse Bailey, Registrar Genesis and Gale from CT. I forgot my first nurses name but she was great too. I got in pretty quick but had to wait on my lab results for over an hour and a half. I am grateful for all of them!

Had a gynecologists appointment booked for 2:30 at 4:30pm I’m still waiting to be seen. I asked the front desk if there was a reason for the wait they said no she’s just running behind. This is the second time it happened last time I forgave it due to what they told me was someone going into labor but the doctors been here the whole time. I also tried to call this morning to check my appointment time and got put in hold and hung up on 3 times. The only saving grace is the nurse who took my vitals and checked me in, I’m trying somewhere else.

Absolutely useless over the phone. I wasn't seeking medical advice, just trying to see if this ER had the capabilities to assist my wife if things got worse with her miscarriage bleeding. Would only give me the answer of, if you feel she needs to come in then come in. They don't want to help you. They only want to check you in and charge you.

Their Physical Therapy department is a joke. David Galaso was rude and distracted while I explained my symptoms. Never coming back

Whatever happened to doctors asking what’s wrong with you? How long has this particular issue been going on? Instead you accuse people of smoking Meth and laced Marijuana? The self proclaimed alcoholic neurologist or someone in charge owes me an apology like yesterday. I want it face to face like when I was accused!

Front desk got me back quickly for a non dire emergency. Nurses were absolutely lovely. Doctor got my lab results quickly. They brought my sugars down better than any hospital I've encountered. Place was nice and clean.
