This hospital saved my wife’s life. After being referred to the ER by an urgent care, they immediately took her back for an EKG and was admitted promptly.
After conducting a substantial amount of testing, she was given emergency heart surgery that was successful. This hospital has one of the best cardiac teams and I cannot thank them enough for being professional, attentive, and caring towards my wife.

Came in with just the worst pain ever, which ended up being from gallstones. It was about 2 in the morning. They got me back pretty quick, diagnosed me, and got me medicated. I left by about 5 am but mostly due to my high blood pressure. They didn't want to let me go with it so high. On the way out all the nurses that handled .e and watched me in agony asked how I was and said I looked so much better. Very nice bunch there.

We have been in the ER for 4 hours on a Tuesday evening and nobody cares that my father has blood infections and that almost killed. They are not even busy they just don't have any since of urgency what so ever for there patience. Very poorly managed and staffed.

I normally go to hugeley hospital ER , but with all the issues they're having - I chose to drive across town to the Texas health Mansfield ER. This was my second visit and I am completely amazed by there entire operation. It's never busy and they got us in right away ( unlike most ERs ) the staff was super friendly and caring . They were very attentive to my daughters needs and got us in and out in under 45 minutes.... Dr Jack Johnson was one of a kind ! He made us feel so welcome and Made my daughter feel at ease ... Bravo !!

I hadn’t planned on breaking my knee and going to the ER. Even though it was a busy Saturday in the ER, I was treated with respect and courtesy by each staff member, from Robert who carefully lifted me out of my car to the X-Ray tech to Dr Conger who looked me in my eyes and explained my injury fully. I especially want to mention Michelle, my nurse, who spent the most time with me. She was empathetic, professional, and timely. Texas Health is definitely the Mansfield Hospital you want to go to. Not the other Mansfield Hospital. This is why I appreciate Texas Health all the more.

I've been there 2 times for various reasons and each time the staff I had was wonderful. Definitely some of the better medical experiences I've had.

Even though the other Mansfield hospital is closer to me I will continue to come to this hospital instead.

My husband had a work injury and were sent to the hospital from Care Now so that we could get a CT. We were happy that we were called in a few minutes after getting there but that was the end. After telling us that there were no patient beds available (Monday night at 7:30). We would have to wait and be seen in the hallway. I went to the bathroom and saw several empty rooms so I don’t understand why they were people be seen in the hallways where everyone could here what they were there for. No privacy whatsoever. We were given a comfy chair for my husband and a regular one for me. We waited for two and a half hours before we got called in for CT scan. Then another hour for us to see the doctor. All to have him give him a Tylenol and tell him there was no fracture like we were told at CN and to follow up with an orthopedic doctor. Not very happy with outcome. Not sure we will return.
