The kindness and care of the nurses and doctors was top notch. They were so fast to get me the treatment that I needed and were very thorough in their efforts to figure out what was making me sick. The facility was beautiful, clean and comfortable, honestly the nicest ER or urgent care I have ever been to. I highly recommend The Colony ER, they are amazing!

I recently visited the ER around 2:30 AM due to severe flank pain (told them 8/10 pain) and nausea, suspecting a kidney infection as I'm prone to UTIs. Unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. Upon arrival, I had to wait about 30 minutes at the front desk as she struggled to verify my insurance, despite providing the information multiple times. I felt like I was about to vomit all over their floor and I was moaning and groaning in pain.

Once I was finally taken back, the examination felt rushed. They had me provide a urine sample, but since I had been drinking a lot of water, it was almost clear, making it unlikely to show an infection. The doctor did a quick physical exam, pressing on my back and stomach, and diagnosed me with muscle spasms. I was in and out within an hour total.

After returning home, I continued to experience extreme nausea and vomiting (coming out both ends) until 8 AM. I felt that my symptoms were not thoroughly evaluated, and I was left feeling misdiagnosed. On top of that, I was charged a $300 co-pay for a steroid shot in my back and what feels like a misdiagnosis.

The nurses were kind, and the doctor wasn't rude, but the overall care felt more like a rushed care now visit rather than an ER visit. I hope this review helps others know what to expect. I won't be returning.

This is the best emergency facility I’ve ever been to in NTX. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with kindness, respect and professionalism. The front desk is amazing. The doctor, nurses and imaging staff were incredible. They worked swiftly and thoroughly to help my daughter. Grateful is an understatement. Thank you, The Colony ER Hospital, for all you do. My visit here was very nice with in the circumstances, should I need to ill return here. Everyone was nice and helpful and wasn't put out for me being there.

I had a great experience last week. The check in was easy and so was rhetorical check out. I didn’t have to wait. The doctor was in before the nurse even finished with my vitals. The staff was professional and courteous, the doctor cared about how I was feeling. I also received a follow up phone calling checking on me, which was really kind. I hope you don’t have to go to an ER but if you do, this is my place

I have been to a few of these types of clinics in the past but this one, was the most effective and kind that I have ever been to. I think I was in and out in about 30 min. They brought the dr. In as soon as I sat down and the nurse, I forget her name but she’s from Amarillo-now lives in ft worth, if that helps. Was the sweetest. The doctor was quick but also took time to explain things to me and the nurse was even more expansive. I feel blessed to have found them. If you need a fast and friendly er skip the hospital and check out this place.
