I went and got this flower and the weed smells and tastes like mold. Never have I ever gotten something so bad!! Dont recommend this place!! This the 2nd time this happened at this store

The same Lady has helped me here a couple times and she's awesome. Super knowledgeable and friendly. It was a young white lady with sandy blonde hair. Anyways, if you're wondering if this place is any good, it is very good. They actually give you customer service instead of acting like you're lucky to be there the way some other places do.

Haven’t been into epic many times but I stop by the location next to Amy’s donuts once and a while. I usually have a really great experience, I believe it was Sabrina and Marisa that helped me last time I was in. & they were awesome. But not the same experience this last time.
I recently stopped by and was greeted by new faces I had never met. The female had curly purple hair and the male was tall and blonde. They made my visit very uncomfortable. First of all, it was as if their relationship was not work-related at all. It felt like walking into someone’s home, and meeting their significant other
especially with her dog there roaming around. The counters were messy and covered by bins of weed that seemed to have just been left out. It made it really difficult to select the bud I was looking for and when I expressed this to them they made me out to be an inconvenience for even mentioning it. Just very rude and unprofessionalism from the both of them. I even felt like the blonde boy was trying to intimidate me at one point. I was eager to just get my weed and get out.
Not the epic remedy I remember from just a few months ago, and the girl said she was the new manager there. She acted more like a trainee than someone who’s been there as long as she claimed, she didn’t act like a manager at all. Could’ve fooled me. Very disappointed with the new management & will not be going back to that location with them there.
