I had a ski accident and decided to get some X-rays to make sure nothing was broken. I was seen right away, taken to a room, and diagnosed very quickly. While waiting for X-rays, I was able to get all my paperwork completed. Once the X-rays results came back (no broken bones!), they prescribed some medications to help me heal and I was on my way. Everyone was very friendly and I felt well cared for. So glad to have such an amazing facility so close to home.

My experience was excellent. Taken back immediately. Staff, nurse, doctor were exceptionally professional and thorough. Had needed tests done with results received in a very timely manner.
Facility was very clean. We all know we are not there for a social visit. Going to ER made it a much more pleasant visit. Thanks ER st Damonte Ranch.

Greatly very nicely. Explained why I was there immediately given mask and take to a room where I was was questioned , checked out, did a nasal swab. Nurse said lab would take about 45 minutes for results. Doctor came in to inform me test revealed flu. He discussed options and decided what medications I was taking was perfect. Recommended lots of rest and stay hydrated. Incredible service with extremely friendly staff. So fortunate to have facility so close to home.

Great experience, there was no wait, and we were wheeled right into the examination room, and were out after x-rays and a prognosis within an hour. Very clean facility, the staff was great, and as I mentioned, there was no wait. If we had gone to renown, we would’ve sat around for at least two hours. Highly recommend!

I went to the ER with chest pain. The staff was fast, friendly, and professional. They made me feel well taken care of, and were very honest, upfront, and courteous the entire time. Nobody wants to spend their Saturday night in the emergency room with chest pain, but this was easily. The best experience I have ever had in an ER in my life. To a person, everyone on the staff was totally awesome.

Obviously going to the ER is never fun, but I will say from the moment I checked in the staff was supper friendly and quick to help me with my emergency. They were thorough and efficient with everything I needed done. I left feeling great about the treatment I received and I’m grateful to their entire staff. I recently had a CT scan at this location. I showed up early and they brought me in right away. Very clean ER. Only one other patient there while I was there. The radiologist was sweet, accommodating and gave clear easy to follow instructions. She worked quickly and accurately. (My CT scan was with and without contrast.) She was very adept at administering the IV. I was done before my actual appointment time! I love this ER!

Great experience at the ER at Damonte. I didn’t have to wait at all. Dr Sahm and Shaine were absolutely wonderful! They took care of my problem in no time and I left feeling so much better. The facility is clean and new—as comfortable as an ER can be. I even received a call the next day to check on me! Highly recommend this ER.
