I sat there for an hour because my 16 month old needed to be seen and we sat there for an hour and three other people came in and they were seen before us!!!! And then when one of my friends called them he asked how long the wait was and that we were still waiting and the nurses were asses and where not very nice and said that if people that come in after us needs to be seen before us they come first!!! They are always very rude to us are never very nice to us at all!!!

Currently not well equipt or staffed ☹️ my son has a bleeding head injury and we have waited Over an hour! In the waiting room. While others walk in and out. We had to ask for additional ice and bandages while they tell us to go back and wait.
Berlin we would have been in and treated and on our way home to recover in 20 min.

We were on vacation when our daughter broke her leg. We wound up at this ER at about 8 at night. I can’t say enough good things about this ER, the doctor, and the staff. It’s so scary when it’s your child that’s hurt, and with her being only two we were extra worried.

The staff was not only competent to handle the situation-they were above and beyond. They were immediately coordinating with children’s hospital where we would be completing follow up care (making everything seamless) and having everything reviewed by their ortho doctor, to make the safest decision about when to head home. I felt confident in the care she received. The doctor was wonderful with children, putting our overtired and hurt daughter at ease (and us too!). They even brought her ice cream, and staff followed up in the days after to make sure we were able to get in on the day she needed follow up care. I sure wish we had an Er like this down by us, though I sincerely hope we won’t need one again. Thank you guys for everything!

Went into the ER on Valentine’s Day 2021 because I couldn’t take the pain any longer from an infected abscess. I got a room immediately and the nurse and Dr Roberts were wonderful. They drained the abscess and I got antibiotics and was out in about 90 minutes.

I sliced my foot open and had to get stitches here. They had me in and out in a little over an hour, and the doctor and nurses were great to work with. It's a nice little hospital to have in the area, and I would recommend.

Last Oct., ended up in ER. Dr. Staudinger was on duty! He did such a great job (the nursing staff was wonderful, too!). Had to do a follow-up at Mayo Clinic. Mayo said my ER Dr. did everything appropriately to treat my condition (which could have become really serious). Very grateful for the good care I reveived.

My 4 year old daughter lacerated her eye and as scary as it was, the calming nature quick care was just what we needed coming from a different state. Thank you for your caring service.

Took gf in for a broken ankle and was never asked what was wrong was just very rudly told "We are full" thankfully it was a short drive to Waupaca and they put her leg in a splint. I will never return just for the way we were treated. Understanding they were full, Understanding that they couldn't help us but there is no reason to greet someone in the nasty way especially in the health care field. Will be filing a formal complaint as well.
