From the time I walked in I was amazed! Receptionists were friendly and efficient. I was seen within 10 minutes. Dr. Cross was amazing and he really listened!!! I forgot the EMT that helped as my staff “nurse “ however he was outstanding! Just wanted to say thanks to everyone for the amazing care at Topeka ER!

Grateful for the staff in a moment of need! I’m from out of town and needed to take my baby in for emergency care. We were able to be seen right away and everyone was so helpful and caring. The facility was clean, comfortable and well-decorated, especially the children’s room so it did not feel like a hospital. The doctor and nurses provided great information and helped me understand treatment options from home so I felt equipped and less stressed. Would highly recommend!

The staff treated my 5 year old like a VIP, they were kind, prompt, listened to concern, got on his level. Spoiled him rotten all while still managing to keep mama in the loop and feeling less stressed. Thank you all for caring for us so amazingly! They even had his rainbow goldfish he requested! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Went here with my wife and we were seen immediately. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. Lisa was our nurse and Andrew was our doctor and they were amazing. I really appreciated that they didn't waste time and that they checked everything that could be a symptom/concern. It was an actual amazing experience for once at an ER. Cannot recommend them enough.

Chad and Dr. Cross were outstanding and took care of us during our entire visit. They both listened so well and gave us all of our options available. We also didn’t wait at all when we first got there, which was a huge plus with a kiddo. The ladies up front were super friendly and helpful, also!

Due to urgent care being closed and area hospitals having long wait times, I chose to take my daughter to Topeka ER & Hospital. Our experience was NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING! From the moment we walked in, we felt at ease and heard! ALL our future ER visits will be with Topeka ER & Hospital. Staff was amazing and comforted my daughter, spent time listening to me and bedside manner was AMAZING! If only all ER experiences could be this amazing and quick! Thank you, Topeka ER & Hospital! Went in at 4 AM for stomach virus , so nauseated, they are the best They took care of me like a family member! I was out by 6 AM and feeling much better! Thanks to the clinic DrKeithly,John and Kate. Person at front desk was very pleasant ,even when you feel horrible ,she had smile on her face!
