My experience with Total Point Emergency Center was amazing. Above expectations.
From my registration upon arrival with Elaine who explain to me the process and billing aspect either in network or out of network insurance to Jason the Nurse who welcome me the to room and screen me and put me in confident.
Joseph the Doctor walk in and spend time and went over the virus detected and provide me with the best option ever even offer a chest exam handle by the radiologist Dahlia.
I was in good hand yesterday and walk out with a zero copay.
This is an Emergency center where you don’t have to worry about either in network or out of network. They works with all type of insurance and you would not worry about getting extra charges.
I will definitely recommend this place if you are not feeling well.
I will definitely adopt this place as my family emergency center.

Loved the service it was amazing. The staff, Nurse Jason, Dr. Phillip helped me so much after having issues with my cough. Ms. Kristie was very nice when taking my x-ray especially since I get nervous. And lastly Ms. Elaine was so kind in helping me check in. Will definitely be coming back very soon!

We have been to this ER twice to check on my husband's health, and I can't say enough good things about this place! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, patient, and truly caring. Everyone—from the front desk to the nurses and doctors—was incredibly professional while maintaining a friendly and compassionate approach.

One thing that really impressed us was their honesty—no hidden fees, no surprises, just transparent and straightforward care. They stuck to what they said, which is rare and deeply appreciated.

What truly set this ER apart was the level of personal care. Just a few days after our visit, when my husband was diagnosed with Influenza A, Dr. Myers personally called to check on him. That kind of follow-up shows they genuinely care about their patients beyond just the visit.

A huge thank you to Dr. Myers and the entire staff for taking such great care of my husband! 🙏🏻

I had a 10/10 experience and support from each of these staff members. They took beyond exceptional care for me, and accomplished everything in a timely manner. I was suffering from anaphylactic shock, and they made sure to work diligently, fast, and carefully.
