Tyler complete care was wonderful when I needed help the other night! The place is always so clean which is important at an urgent care! They got me fixed up in a timely manner. The nurse and doctor were so kind! I even appreciated the follow up phone call a couple days later.

We didn't like the service at all.
My insurance were trying to contact them and they were passing the phone from one to another to hang them up and not resolving anything.
Asking for money first without thinking of the emergency or that we were there for a long time waiting to be attended.
Doctor was super nice and comprehensive he helped us a lot and very fast with diagnostic and medication.

Check in was fast. Went back to see the Dr within minutes. Dr. Wallace was wonderful. He diagnosed and treated our daughter quickly and even gave us the first dose of medication so we wouldn't have to go the pharmacy on Christmas night. Thank you for your care!

Dr. Ryman and his staff are excellent! They were very knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, and thorough with testing my condition. My nurse, Sarah, was very friendly and quick at helping me feel comfortable. Cory, the CT scan tech, was great leading me through the process. Also, with an IV needed, their nurses made the process easy. Dr. Ryman was able to key in on my concerns and call in a prescription of exactly what was needed. Overall, my experience was wonderful during my visit. I highly recommend them for care!

Wonderful staff who really helped me out financially! So, so sick with RSV and borderline pneumonia and severe sinus infection, needed the help so badly... starting to get on the mend.
The Doctor even followed up after a couple of days to see how I'm doing and told me to reach out if I needed anything further. Never had that happen from an emergency clinic before!

Fantastic! Great front desk, easy check-in, transparent charges, and caring Healthcare professionals- including a follow-up call to check on patient's progress. Knocked it out of the park; they have helped 5 members of my family at different times and always consistently are superb!

They deserve all the great reviews and more. I went here for the first time today. I was in and out very quickly. Everyone was so nice and attentive. Dr. Robertson was quick to give me options for relief. And the price without insurance is honestly not terrible considering. This will be my go to Urgent Care going forward.
