I was treated well and with respect by the staff. It was quick. I was seen by an excellent nurse practitioner. She quickly diagnose me and answered my concerns. My only issue was that in the protocol there was extra tests that did not match my concern. However, it was not over imposed and I was relieved. Great nurses!

I went into the Emergency room a few days ago and had a great visit. I haven't felt this satisfied with an ER visit in a long while. All the staff were compassionate, caring and above all listened to my concerns. Thanks Georgia for being a great nurse.

Fantastic care for emergency cardiac eval. Was seen in less than a minute after check in, team worked together and explained things well, tests were run efficiently. Couldn't have been cared for better if I were a prince or a rock star. Thanks.

I was taken to Grandview Hospital at 6.30 pm on 8/21/24. I was treated with respect and had great care from ALL of the day shift and evening shift staff. I wish I could remember all their names, but I can't. Jacob B., was the EMT on duty and he was wonderful. I couldn't ask for better care than I received there. All of the staff are dedicated to giving the best patient care possible.

Very kind, very professional, my nurse stay just a little bit over her shift to save me and my ear it was a hard job but she did it and I was so thankful.
Everyone on the staff was kind and considerate professional. I was worried before I came but I will recommend this hospital. BEAUTIFUL staff.

This hospital was so professional and kind. Despite what I was going through I didn’t have to worry about it because I was well taken cared of. Special thanks to Nurse Lea! She was the only person there get an IV in my hand on the first try, she definitely deserves a RAISE!

CUHealth Grandview ER, is an amazing state of the art facility and everyone from check-in to check-out were kind, friendly and very professional. All tests were ordered and performed in a very timely manner. I never had to wait for any attention. Other than having to be in the ER due to pain, it was a great experience.

We've come to Grandview several times for my son. Sports and a motorized scooter seem to be his undoing. They're typically pretty quick, kind, and informative. We would recommend this place to anyone. I feel like the care is better here.
