We were visiting from Texas and my husband attended this ER with pneumonia. This was my first experience with ER in the USA. I was very lucky they have such a good team. My husband got all treatment and diagnostic procedures right away and was transferred to a central hospital since the condition was serious. But I can tell that the staff was very professional and caring.

The smoothest ER experience I've had yet. From the moment I walked in the door to checkout, every staff member I spoke to was extremely kind and helpful. Visiting the ER can be stressful, but everyone there made me feel comfortable and taken care of during my quick visit. Thankful to have such a well ran facility in town!

I had to go here last night 11/18, for some severe lower right abdominal pain. While there was no wait and the staff were friendly, they couldn't get an IV to save their lives. Justin was very kind and admitted he knew his limits and when to stop BEFORE blowing a vein. The nurse caring for me, however, did not. They tried 5 times to get an IV, and never got one. Thankfully the doctor ended up telling them they didn't need one. But I ended up leaving with no answers and still in pain. The doctor told me to just go to the springs next time, cause they couldn't really do anything for me here since I had a positive pregnancy test. It was very upsetting and I left in more than I went in with

I unfortunately need to visit the ED at Peak Regional Hospital. It was as good as it could be considering my condition. The staff was great. No wait, friendly and attentive not to mention quiet which might be a first for me in an emergency room. Dr Elliott was attentive, informative and provided options for treatment and follow up care. Nurse peg was kind and attentive as well. I would recommend this ED.

I haven't been to an ER since I was probably 5. I'm currently uninsured and feel like that may have impacted my visit a bit? I feel like the front desk, radiology and EKG technicians were amazing but the rest were kind of dismissive. Not impolite but it just felt like I was a burden. I was pretty scared going in and admittedly pretty worried about how I was going to pay. But also have never been in a situation like this where I've actually been this worried about my well being. I ended up leaving in the same condition I arrived in but acted like I was feeling better and as if my family (who forced me to go) were just a bunch of worry warts.

I'm very fortunate to have a friend who knew what to do to in my situation and they gave me the correct supplies and equipment to help me get back to feeling like my old self after about a solid week of following her advice.

I'm not usually one to complain or write negative reviews, but it just didn't sit right in my heart. 🙁

Best ER visit ever. Security, Check in, Triage, Nursing staff, ECG, CT, Ultrasound, ER Dr. T., check out. Great job. Always hope to never see you again, but confident that this team will be amazing if needed.

The doctor (fox) and staff were making fun of /gaslighting me about my prior suicide attempt thinking I only took ibuprofen to try and kill myself but instead it was actually 30 sleeping pills mixed with apple juice and then ibuprofen afterward in case dying hurt.

Actively delayed seeing me. A person came after me, got X-rays, and discharged while I was there just waiting on paperwork for mental health resources

In the post visit notes, in the clinical impression it noted alcohol abuse which, is quite literally impossible as I had not had any alcoholic intake in 5-6 months prior. He stated I had access to a therapist and psychiatrist, that was false. I only had access to a NP prescribing me anti-anxiety medication.

It will be denied, but they know. Fully expected from the same system who tried to sue me into poverty in 2016. Avoid Dr. Fox, Avoid this emergency room. Avoid UC health in General.

Healthcare is supposed to be judgement free irregardless if you think I’m trash. Service date was October 26, 2024.

From the time the EMS team picked me up, the EMS team was outstanding in their evaluation and care. They listened to everything from my allergies to medications, past surgeries including my hip surgery in February to my indications of dislocation of my hip then. Jason the Paramedic did everything he could medically from giving pain meds and readjusting props and pillows for comfort! Coming through the ER doors I was treated with the most outstanding care and privacy. Mattie the nurse, was amazing, just the kind of nurse everyone should blessed with in that situation! Dr Russ the ER Dr was caring and gentle during his exam. Being a nurse and in medicine over 40 years, I realize it’s our job, but when it actually happens and you leave the ER smiling, you know these folks have put their best foot forward and are the epitome of true health care. Thanks you for bringing them together for my care
