Swift admission from a nice receptionist, quick vitals and history collection from the nurse, and saw the doctor within 15 minutes of arriving. CT was completed within a half hour. Results within 45 minutes.
Out the door in an hour.
Folks were super nice and very efficient. I'd love to buy them all a beer.

I was visiting Arvada from out of state and going through a medical emergency. I was originally planning to deal with it and fly back home in a couple days, but was convinced by my local friend to visit UCHealth ER instead. This was the most efficient and effective emergency room I have been to in my entire life... BY A MEANINGFUL MARGIN.

Quick check-in, attentive, and knowledgeable med staff. I not only received the immediate relief I needed, but I was also prescribed short-term medication to manage my condition until I could see my provider. I was able to return to work without absence due to their expertise and forward thinking mindset.

I cannot express how grateful I am to the staff and institution as a whole for their professional etiquette and excellence in emergency medical treatment. I would gladly participate in an unpaid testimonial if they ever needed me to share my amazing story/experience.

The staff on Saturday morning around five thirty were wonderful and responsive. Five stars for them dnd the facility. The doctor who was just about to get off shift January 25th was AWFUL! She could not operate a device, came in yelling at me not to rub my eye and when I tried to say I did not rub my eye she talked over the top of me until I finally yelled, mask I did not rub my eye. The numbing drops only lasted fifteen to twenty minutes and she assumed because I was in pain I must have done something. She was very defensive. She obviously did not know the drops only last fifteen minutes. She was inept with the device to measure pressure in my eye. And mid reprimanding me shouted, I’m not reprimanding you, almost like she knew that is exactly what she was doing. There is obviously a reason she works overnights. Ugh! She is awful.

I have been to this ER twice, and both times been very impressed with the timeliness and care/service offered by all the members of the staff, medical and administrative. Thank you. The warmth, patience, and - most importantly -- medically understanding care was evident both times. This has been the most consistently well-executed care facility -- in human terms -- I have visited.

I have been here twice and both times were very good experiences! They do not make you feel rushed and listen to what exactly is going on. I had Dr. White both times and he is a wonderful man! I wish I could have him as a primary care Dr. Peggy was my nurse and she was wonderful as well. I highly recommend! Thank you guys for the wonderful care!

I go to this ER due to my rotator cuff tears have gotten worse in the last 48 hours. The doctor visit was 6-8 minutes. He rooks me that if I had these tears then it doesn't make since that my AC and my chest were hurting. He told me several times that he has the same injury. He ordered an xray, and i didn't see him again. They discharged me. I came home and did my own research, and clavicle and chest pain are very common. Might has well diagnosis myself. The nurse was nice. The doctor was self-righteous and stupid!

I visited this emergency room after hitting my head and developing a painful knot that was bleeding. The doctor saw me for less than 15 minutes, told me I was "fine," and didn’t even bother to clean the wound on my head. Despite my symptoms, no further evaluation was done.

To make matters worse, a nurse casually mentioned that the doctors switch out every 24 hours and suggested I come back if needed, instead of ensuring proper care right then.

I ended up having to go to another ER, 30 minutes away, where my head was finally properly cleaned, a CT scan was done, and I was diagnosed with a concussion. The care I received at this facility was shockingly inadequate and put my health at serious risk. On top of this they billed me almost $1,000. $1,000 for me to walk out with my head wound not even cleaned and a misdiagnosis? I’ve been attempting to combat this for weeks and the team for this hospital is one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. I would not recommend this ER to anyone seeking proper medical attention.

The nurse Katy and the woman at the front desk were wonderful. However, the doctor had absolutely terrible bedside manner and treated me as if I was a delinquent. She had no sense of empathy or respect and I wanted to walk out of the place moments after the doctor started speaking to me so condescendingly.
