Dr Ashley listened carefully to my situation, and then chose to help me when other providers at urgent cares did not. Front desk staff and nurses were very friendly. And finally, I was seeing in a very timely fashion. When the nurses are coming out to get you even before the front desk staff has inputted your information, you know that's fast!

Went to the ER for imaging as directed by the triage nurse at my PCP's office because my whole right arm suddenly went numb after months of dealing with neck pain. The first thing Dr. Green did was ask if I used intravenous drugs (what prompted such a ridiculous question before even listening to my symptoms is beyond me). I explained that I am 31 years old with a history of degenerative disc disease and prior spinal surgery. He touched my neck in 3 places and said it was "non-emergent" and that I didn't need imaging. He sent me home with NSAIDs and steroids. My condition got progressively worse between then my PCP appointment a week later, during which I was immediately referred for an MRI. Dr. Green was absolutely lackadaisical
and it's appalling that this is the kind of treatment (or lack thereof) that people are receiving in an emergency setting. Do better.

Brought my neighbor in for severe pain in back & leg. Almost unable to walk, if this one asks for help you know it’s bad. Thank you everyone for your kindness and compassion. Excellent care from the security check, front desk, medical assistant (?) & pharmacy.
Shout out to Pam - you helped us relax, checked in with me while I waited in lobby & really made a stressful situation seem easy. In and out in 90 minutes or less… I know that is dependent on many things but so grateful your team was there to help.

So kind and attentive. Our nurses were so helpful and kind. I came in with severe pain from a previous surgery. The doctor took care of my pain quickly and ordered tests quickly. Our nurse Sandy was so nice. She got my iv in with one stick. Thank y’all so much.

I came into the ER quite ill. I was quickly seen and labs were performed and hydration started. The doctor, nurses and tecks were friendly and accommodating. Got me diagnosed with a plan for recovery in what seemed like a short time considering all they did.

1st, know your rights before going here: they cannot send you bills with only codes, Plain Language is required, 2nd look closely, I got billed for being there between 10:00 PM, and 8:00 for additional cost, I was not there between those hours, they are charging well above my deductible, and passing the buck back to insurance. So essentially, this billing and experience were beyond awful. Think you're having a heart attack and go to this ER? Wait until you get your bill. THEN you'll have a heart attack. Predatory beyond compare. Not only that they didn't bill me for MONTHS after I was there. I was seen for 30 minutes and they charged my insurance $6000. Then they split my bill up among a bunch of providers, leaving me with THOUSANDS of dollars to pay. They barely looked at me. Hardly spoke to me. Want to work with their billing and financial department? How about their website to pay your bill? What a joke. And they have a monopoly in this town. I'm absolutely disgusted.

The best yet! I went in & from the moment I did. I was treated like they cared. My nurse was amazing!! Can't remember her name. I think Nurse Rebecca. The doctor was amazing. Explained everything in great Detail! Will always recommend!

I received prompt care and attention. They took my pain very serious and quickly did the tests needed to rule out the more serious things it could have been. Everyone there from start to finish was prompt, caring, knowledgeable, respectful, and kind.
