Angela was the worse provider, go see an MD or a DO who can provide a better experience than she can. This location seems to accept just anybody to represent the medical field. I watched her disregard 3 African American families and refuse to prescribe them medication. Filed a complaint with the board as well and apparently other people have had issues with her. She also prescribed medication before seeing patients because they were "busy and at high volume".

Came to this ER on Sunday, been having problems with bone on, bone pain in my ankle. I've already been diagnosed with this. So I knew what I was needing for the pain. I had been taking aleive for the pain and it has been making me sick so when I went in, I told them this and she goes. Well, we'll just put you on another anti. Inflammatory That's better and go with that. And set you up with an ortho, so they can confirm your bone on bone. That has already been confirmed. Never gave me an opportunity to ask for a medication that I know will work spent less than five minutes with the doctor and of course, the anti-inflammatory is not helping, I still have the same pain. I don't understand how these doctors can work like that.
They don't listen to the patient

We were visiting the area from Brighton when our 5 year old son was bitten by a dog ok the back of his leg. We rushed him here since it was the closest place we could find. The wait was a bit long (about 1 1/2 hours), but a rush of 5 people showed up before us. They called people back in the order from which the arrived, which I suppose seems fair, however some people there appeared to be way better off than our son. Thankfully my son fell asleep on my lap, so he was able to get a good nap in. I understand they can’t do anything when there is a rush of patients, but it would be nice if they could prioritize those with bleeding wounds vs those with a sore knee, cough, etc.. Aside from that, once we were called back, everything was great. The doctor (Dr. Banks) basically walked into the room with us, so it was great that we didn’t have to wait to see the doctor once we got called. He and the nurse immediately took a look at his leg and ordered pain meds and an X-ray which took about 2 minutes for the X-ray tech to arrive in the room with a mobile machine. The nurse even gave my son apple juice to wash down the medicine since he is dramatic about taking meds. Thankfully, the bite wasn’t as bad as we expected and it didn’t need stitches, just a bandage. They were cleaning and bandaging his leg within 20 minutes. We did have to wait a bit for paperwork at the end, but we were just glad to have it bandaged up. Dr. Banks, the nurses and even the front desk lady were great and we were glad we ended up here even if we did have to wait awhile at first. I would recommend this facility based on the staff who treated my son.

If I could rate this facility a 0, I would! Horrible and rude Doctor! My aunt, who just had surgery a few days ago, and is from out of state, has blood sugar levels spiking in the upper 400's for 3 days now, and he refused to help because he is "an ER Doctor, and not a Primary Physician?!" All but flat out accused us of seeking medication, and said her blood work is "boring" and all he can do is recommend a better diet and exercise? Beyond disgusted!!

Was there 13 mins. Total! Normally not a bad thing’ this time it was only bc the dr was dismissive and rude. All they did was a visual test of my urine to determine if I had kidney stones or not. Didn’t run any tests, nothing ! Just said it was back pain, wrote 3 prescriptions and sent me home. 2 days later, still in pain, and abdomen is distended and hard now as well. They literally checked NOTHING. Dr had mind made up before he even spoke to me. Horrible experience!

I have a chronic sinus infection that a previous doctor prescribed an antibiotic that wasn’t working. I expressed my concerns to the er physician and gave him the name of the antibiotic. He proceeded to tell me it was the strongest he could give me. He refused any other treatment options. I left very upset. I called my primary care physician and was told it wasn’t the strongest option. It was in medium bracket. That dr at the ER not only lied to me but refused to treat my condition. All the while swinging his stethoscope. I will never go there again! I have filed a complaint against him.

This facility is operating fraudulently. They don't tell you that they consider themselves " an emergency room facility " and charge you as such which is much higher than an urgent care facility and without telling you your co pay before being seen! The front staff was rude and unprofessional. Secondly, my husband had an infected big toe, which he had to have his toe nail removed. They sent him however without any antibiotics! So the care is piss poor!! 😒 I give a rating of 1. Don't recommend this facility!

I came here due to a series of symptoms i had never experienced before. To start, the receptionist was rude. I had trouble standing and talking and after i verified all my information, she had me reverify everything even though my voice was fading out so she could actually type it into the system. Once inside, the nurse and doctor were extremely disrespectful to me. I gave them my list of symptoms and without any testing being done, the doctor took one look at my throat and diagnosed me with strep. The nurse then came barging into the room, no eye contact, not a word said, and handed me two pills to swallow and one dissolvable one. He then gave me a shot without warning, no countdown or pinching of the skin to ensure its in the right spot. I asked for a letter for work and they did not provide one. In fact, they left the room after i requested for one and just came back with discharge paperwork. Im used to this type of treatment from healthcare providers but my sister came with me this time and made me realize this is not how a sick patient should be treated. I even asked for a covid test to be sure it wasn’t covid and they denied me that. I do not recommend this place as they do not care about patients here.
