I don't understand how these lovely, talented, personable and amazing humans have any bad reviews at ALL! When I tell you that from the time I walked in, I was greeted by the most beautiful, bubbly and sweet girl (shout out to my girl Micah!), quickly whisked into a clean, comfy room by the equally personable, funny and cool Gary, to be quickly and efficiently treated by the brilliant, knowledgeable and also hilarious Dr. Moates.... It was by far the absolute best experience I've ever had in an ER!! I almost forgot about the horrible pain I actually came for in the first place lol.
Highly recommend. I will never go anywhere else if I can help it for emergency medical issues!!!

The receptionist was pleasant although I was not an emergency and I clearly stated that. I went in for foot pain and a possible fracture. I was placed in a room for over 2 hours! Not one person came in to communicate what was going on! I paid my $50 for being weighed and left. The doctor on call was uncaring and the staff do not have communication skills. Terrible service.

If you care about being heard, not dismissed or minimized then DO NOT come here. It is not my first rodeo with mediocre doctors and the anxiety of speakingup for yourself when they clearly could care less about actually figuring out what is wrong. & btw my family works in the medical field so I love our medical staff and responders but this experience was NOT it. I had to advocate for the patient who was my sister and it basically became debate club. Any excuse to not think anything was wrong, every excuse to say nothing further was needed. Someone with a history of siezures, high blood pressure with heart and health issues and ongoing sickness could barely get decent kindness. I’m so glad I showed up for her today because nobody there that interacted with us had any cares left to give today. They should do a Real housewives of UCHEALTH tv show because these were NOT women for women. You could just tell these are the women that go and trash talk patients while they wait for nothing to be done. The male doctor there we have seen before and was kind, thorough and caring. So roll the dice on who you get when you come here and God Bless the medical professionals who show up for every patient.

Recently, my son fell and split his forehead open and we came to this urgent care to get the cut stitched up. Once we got in to see the doctor, he was very kind and efficiently took care of our son. However, it took well over two hours to get in to see the doctor; for my 3 year old two hours is a long time, especially after bedtime. I understand that they can be busy, but it seemed pretty empty and for such a small injury that would take them 10 minutes to stitch up, it seemed pretty ridiculous.

My grandson ,a six-year-old, was seen by Dr. Jorgensen on September 12 for a cough and earache. He said his ear was a little red and prescribed an antibiotic, but dated the prescription for 3 days later on the 15th. As a result, he had to go to the emergency room, where another doctor said both of his ears were very infected and now his eardrum has ruptured he's in alot of pain!!!

I was in and out of here in maybe 10 minutes, I got medication for an infection I had. I started feeling better that same day. They also had the meds on hand so I was able to get started asap. This clinic is staffed with the best doctors, nurses, front desk staff and techs, I would definitely recommend this clinic if you’re having an emergency and absolutely cannot wait for a few days to get in with your primary. They will do their best to help you out! I know I can always count on them.

Don't go here if you don't give or get immunization or shots due to your beliefs, the Doctor belittled me in front of my child. Bedside manners are horrible. We will never go back there again.

I came in months ago thinking I had something wrong with my mouth. I have a bump in my paratoid gland, with hard lymph nodes surround my jawline and neck are. Multiple other symptoms. Doctor prescribed “allergies” and medication. The medication made the bumps bigger and the symptoms worse, and the doctor summed up my symptoms to “anxiety.” I’ve had these bumps for almost two years now, yet you tell me not to feel anxious especially when you can’t treat my problem? This is the worst practitioner around!
