Called to talk to the charge nurse about a family member tonight, and to ask a question about what had to be a misunderstanding. She was very rude and claimed they were actively seeing her when she was at home! I am a nurse and would never dream of talking to a patient or a family member the way she did. This patient has a very hard time trusting healthcare workers and they just made it even worse. 0 stars

Having been in and out of multiple ER’s for the last two years between numbness in the right side of my body to possible torsion, i will say that this place is amazing for what they can do. St. luke’s while nice, pushed all of my symptoms off onto anxiety and would not listen to a word i say, its caused multiple false reports when issues were severe, from a fungal infection in my lungs to a doctor full on refusing to see me and treat me.

This place however is much different, Doctor Taylor who is the BEST doctor i’ve ever been seen by sat down, listened to every symptom and went through all of them with me and whenever i asked for a test, she simply said of course and tries to push what she can do in the ER with the resources and time given. I’ve seen her twice now and she hasn’t changed a bit! Doctors DO care, nurses DO care, they are people too. You treat them with the respect and kindness they deserve and they will listen and help you, they go through shit too! I 100% recommend coming here.

I love this hospital so much. Was in and out within 20 minutes. No long wait time at all, well at night. The front desk nurse Kyle is super nice and attentive. The other nurses and doctors were as well. My daughter’s questions and needs were met.

My girl friend had a abess on her butt from injecting heroin the Dr was a sadist because she had done this to her self His hypocratic oath worn out the window as he cut into her without any pain medication at all or any kind of numbing medication saying it's so deep grounding after he cut into her that it would hurt her deep inside Seeing the numbing medication wouldn't work once he was down deep inside the absessex xx

Unfortunately I ended up in the ER 2 nights in a row. I was so pleased to have the same nurse both nights. My nurse Stephanie was the best. Her kindness to me in hard stressful times was amazing. Best nurse I have ever had. Best ER treatment I have ever had.

Would give zero Stars if I could. Possibly the worst emergency room I've ever been to. And I've worked in several. heart patient who recently had a heart attack comes in with chest pains and pain in their left shoulder and arm, they make them wait 4 hours to be seen when they are not busy. That's unexcusable. Contemplating making a complaint to the state. We finally gave up waiting and went up the road to st. Luke's, they were so concerned there they immediately too her back and they had a waiting room with people standing cause they were so busy.

Presented to the ER because my foot hurtie wheel bad. They fixed me up grate and sent me on my way. Got a cool boot out of the whole ordeal too. Would give it 6 stars if I could have picked the color of the boot, but sometimes you win some and sometimes you lose em. Great nursing staff. Nurses be fire too. Damn son, they fine.

I would just love give shout outs to this er!!! Starting from Mr. Wyatt who ckd me in and no disrespect at all I think her name wax Mrs. Sharon cutest hair cut ever that took my vitals to my nurses mrs. Lindsey and Trisha. Mrs. Barbara was touched my soul and Mr. William made me feel like everything would be alright. I felt like family and now I know I am thank you for the truly amazing experience god bless each and every one of you.
