Sunday was packed I was waiting to be registered & then two cops come in after me. The triage nurse let them cut right in front of me.. I told them I was waiting already. The Cop & triage nurse didn’t care. Keep in mind there is already a lobby full of sick children & elderly. Long story short the cop was taken back quickly & left way before everyone else that had already been waiting hours. I was so sick but I still spoke up didn’t get anyone’s names because I didn’t have the energy to argue.
Checked in at 3:30pm left at 4 am.
Medical staff were great but sadly understaffed & very unorganized.

Don’t go here. I went in to USC Arcadia’s emergency room at 11:50 AM yesterday With severe abdominal pain.They discharged me at 8:30 PM telling me they found nothing wrong and I should take it up with my primary care doctor on Monday. I did not see a doctor at USC Arcadia. I did receive a CT scan and a blood test – – it took eight tries to get blood from me and my arms look like I was attacked by a coyote. The service is very slow and grudging. I’m not sure that there was a doctor on duty at all, just a very un impressive PA. Avoid this place.

doctor was nice but waited 6 hours for my ear with increasing hearing loss and pain, they did not prioritize me and was prescribed antibiotics in 5 minutes. If I would be out in 5 minutes I don’t need a bed or a room. I should not have waited 6 hours when I did not need a bed or room.

This review reflects on the people who work here, for the most part.
I came in due to painful cramping at 12 weeks pregnant. I had a previous miscarriage this year, so my husband and I were very scared. The front office staff took my concerns seriously, which I was worried about being a woman and our issues are often overlooked. The intake person and security guard were kind and direct about where I needed to go and what I needed to fill out. The nurse (blonde, very kind lady) took my vitals immediately and listened kindly to my worries and symptoms while working with a professional urgency. It started to get busy and within the hour we were seen by the ER doctor, got an ultrasound by the tech Delcan (who is an angel!), and got bloodwork and urine done. Unfortunately, the lab lost my blood along with at least 4 other people's. They caught it because I kindly checked in with the nurse when she wasn't running someone else's vitals and she flagged my stuff since it had been so long. William (a tech, moved with urgency and understanding) did need to do a re draw and the lab caused extra waiting, but the nurse (amazing lady!) even called to lab to make sure they had gotten and were running my bloodwork when I made sure it wasn't lost again. The doctors (Vasquez 1st and Muser 2nd) switched while is was here and both were so so so so kind ^_^! Baby is a healthy little bugger and they gave me a heads up on what to look for any issues going forward. The wait sucked but the people were amazing.
Moral of the story: be kind to the hospital staff. They were working their tails off to take care of us and there were a few VERY pissy patients that were not helpful in the least bit.

啥也不想多说了，最糟糕的医院，毫无人性的等待，糟糕的体验，一星都是多给的，千万别来这里Worst hospital, don't come here, worst place, inhumane, don't come here My little daughter came here because of cough and stomach pain. They didn't let us enter the hall at all, they did a preliminary check at the entrance, and then checked the virus and urine, and finally told us that the child had no problem and went home for a drink. Hot water is fine... But she has been in severe pain since she got home. We had to go to Children's Hospital Los Angeles for treatment. The doctor found the problem in time and solved it! My child just got timely treatment! This hospital is not only indifferent and discriminatory, but also has poor medical skills! Do not come here! If anyone is going to sue them, I'll definitely join in! worst hospital

Although there were many people coming and going, they handed the situation well. My b-i-l had an operation, and we, being a pretty large group in the waiting room, were pleasantly surprised. They rolled a coffee and tea cart in the room and offered everyone something to drink while we were waiting. True story. They treated us with compassion and respect. Two ThumsUp for the crew there

Amazing emergency staffs here. The service is very efficient. I injured my hand during workout at the gym and came here for emergency service, I was looked after quickly and immediately seen by a nurse and then taken X-ray. After reviewing the X-ray, a nurse practitioner helped me to sew up my wound. Although my injury hurt a lot, but because of the professional care given by the staffs here, I felt comforted and cared for. All my pains seemed to be less. The facility is very clean and modern. If you come here for elven you care, you’re in the right place
