We had a fantastic experience at Vik Complete Care! We took our daughter in, and the entire team was amazing. There was little to no wait, and we were in and out quickly. Everyone was so kind and great with her, making her feel comfortable. The doctor even took the time to show her the X-ray images, which she was really excited about. They truly listened to us and made the whole visit stress-free. Highly recommend!

Excellent! We went to this place from a recommendation from our neighbor. My daughter fell off the monkey bars and hurt her arm and we needed X-ray. We were seen right away on a Sunday morning. The staff, physician, nurses and X-ray tech were very friendly. Place was clean and inviting.
Of course she had a fracture. They put a soft cast. Great experience! We will definitely be back if needed (but hopefully not;)

Well taken care of. From the receptionist to the nurses, radiologist to the Doc. that diagnosed and treated me, I have no complaints. First time out of state visiting family patient, so they got through the billing/ insurance mess and got me right in to be treated. Well run, very professional and calming environment. Thank you

Sharing is caring. If they ask you if you want a COVID or Flu swab, they will charge you for an “Emergency” visit. (Like going to an actual ER)
Even after they tell you that your son’s vitals look great.

If you accept the COVID/Flu swab, you now agree for them to change your Urgent care visit to an “Emergency” visit and this will reflect on your bill.

COVID/Flu tests at HEB = $9.75
COVID/Flu swab at Vik’s = $200

Staff was great! Facility is clean. I’ve used them in the past and am grateful for the convenient location. Hope this is helpful to anyone with Sinus infections or Flu like symptoms.

The medical staff, nurses and doctors are all very compassionate, caring, and medically capable to provide excellent care of patients with minor emergencies. They may not be able to get you into an examination room as quickly as they, and in particular you, would prefer at times when they experience high volumes of patient visits, but they do their best and make you feel that way when you do finally reach the exam room for diagnosis and treatment.

Being over 2000 miles from home and in need of medical care is never easy. We found our way here and it turned out to be a great choice.
