The fact this places staff has the worst customer service topped with armed security is a cause for concern. If your hospital is that dangerous that your staff has to be stone faced and you need armed security then you need to move locations.

My mom was in a wheel chair when we went through the front doors—she could not bear weight AT ALL on her right foot, and her left foot was sprained. The first time we went back was to get information as to why we were there. After a few annoying questions on if she can walk, we were sent back into the waiting room. About 20 minutes or so later, we get sent back again, and the nurse, aid, whoever, told my mom to “stand up so we can get your weight.” We both said simultaneously that she can’t stand up. Whoever the worker was, she looked my mom up and down and just stared at her foot. The woman we saw when we went back the first time, had passed by and said how she already got that information. They didn’t know who they were bringing back because the second lady asked if my mom was in for abdominal pain. Once everything got figured out, the second woman starts walking off, and I asked her if we were supposed to follow her. She said yes and kept walking. Once we get to the room, she’s standing by the bed and I am trying to wheel my mom into the room. She wanted my mom to get in the patient bed, and isn’t bothering on helping her get into the bed AT ALL until I ask her to help her out. I couldn’t do it as I was not able to get into the room.

I get that places have bad nights and that was probably what was going on, but I have never met staff so incompetent on patient needs until I came here.

It took a little over 2 hours for her to get transferred to Main, when she was told she was going to be transferred within an hour. Even the Doctor’s at Main wondered why they took so long to get her there.

WORST PLACE EVER!! Extremely rude and disrespectful towards me, the front desk lady was very flirty right infront of me. All the nurses were very disrespectful and if they don’t like there job maybe they should go do something better with there lives besides trying to be a home wrecker!! They also took forever just to tell him they can’t do anything!! And made him pay before he could get “taken care of”. Never comming back , I’d be better off doing it myself and they admitted that I did a better job.

I've been to this Emergency Room several times. The staff here has always been wonderful! They are professional and usually pretty quick (if not, it's not their fault, things take time!! Be patient, it's worth a thorough check!!) The facility is clean! The only real draw-back is if it is a true emergency that requires a hospital stay or surgery, you have to be transported... To the East side... Via Ambulance. $$$

I went in a significant amount of pain. As an uninsured patient I almost expect to be treated differently. I was not. I was placed in a room within minutes after checking in and seen within 5 minutes or so after that. I was very happy with the treatment received and the information provided for a follow up. I hope I don't have to go there again any time soon because I'll probably be paying on this for a while but I would in a heartbeat if I had to and would recommend it to anyone.

The receptionist is rude if she don’t like her job she needs to find a new job,That position is not Meant for her. Ive been to the hospital before and never have i seen this poor attitude! Needing better nurses too the nurse was rude too she literally forced a Shot on my left arm!!! The doctor was awesome her name is Drea she is a Wsu student!

Came in this afternoon to get checked as I’m 30 weeks pregnant told the lady at the desk what was going on and the whole time I’m telling her why I came she was shaking her head! It was very rude made me feel bad about even thinking about coming in so I walked out of the hospital. Not a one time thing she was rude to me and I brought my daughter in a couple months ago I live two minutes away from this hospital every time I think about coming here I think about if it’s going to be worth the rude nurses, I’m done coming here!

4 years ago i was seen for back pain. They said i have a herniated disk. Gave me steroid injection and said it should heal on its own. Never did, they refused to see me again and now im facing the possibility of being paralyzed from the waist down. Please dont blindly listen to these "professionals" because it may have cost me my life
