From start to finish my experience was great. The front desk girls were very friendly, paperwork process took 5 minutes and I was taken in right away. My nurse Nina is the best nurse you can ask for. Very attentive and professional, she was always there to help. Doctor Jerry was great!
The whole time everyone around me made sure I was comfortable as much as possible considering the circumstances. I definitely recommend this ER.

Better than the best, West Boca Medical Center ER exceeded my expectations. I broke my wrist. I entered the ER about dinner time and was promptly treated by Clement, Orly and Meghan, all professionals in their respective fields. Then I saw the numbing needle that was at least 3" long. Why did I not feel it go into my hand? Because he knew what he was doing. Each person I encountered was positive and expert. How many encounters do you have each day where you are treated with respect and a smile?

I visited the ER this afternoon due to getting my wedding band stuck on my finger. The staff were so nice and quick to help from the receptionist to the nurse and doctor. Nurse Kyle Disney and Dr. Zimmerman helped me immediately and helped me stay calm with their knowledge and experience as I was very anxious. They were so nice and it was a great experience given the situation! Highly recommend this ER for medical care. Thank you!

I've taken my family to West Boca Hospital during some of our toughest moments, and they've always come through for us. I recently used their fast track for a minor issue and was impressed by how quickly and efficiently everything was handled. I was out in under an hour. It's understandable that hospitals often get negative reviews since people are usually there during difficult times, but my experiences have been consistently positive. West Boca has been a reliable place for us, and I appreciate the care they've provided over the years.

The team saved our daughter’s life. Ambulance arrived. Team was ready. Multiple nurses took immediate care and knew exactly how to stabilize and what tests and meds. Contacted all specialty doctors immediately. Later brought into icu where amazing care continued. A huge thank you to the pediatric team - very knowledgeable and top emergency medicine! We will never forget you. 💕❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹

If you are a parent reading this debating whether to take your child here, do not do it. WORST ER/hospital experience of my life.
Pediatrician and neurologist were incredible. Paramedic Guido and nurse Eiden in ER were awesome. EEG tech Reina was amazing as well.

We have never seen such terrible management and lack of common sense in nurses. Praise God we advocate for our child.
My 7 month child was told he could not breastfeed past midnight due to a potential MRI in the morning. I communicated that my baby cannot go 12+ hours without nursing. They told us he would be seen at 8 am for priority.
At 9:30 am they told us it could be another hour or two because EEG was seeing someone else. When asked “why” I was told “it could be due to an actual emergency”. My baby was hospitalized due to possible infantile spasms which is concerned a medical emergency. PLUS he was not able to nurse. My baby was crying and miserable wanting to nurse.
All to find out there was NO one to even do pediatric anesthesia that day for the potential MRI. So he could not do a MRI. This was just one example of poor management that put my baby through more stress than needed.

ER doctor was HORRIFIC. Do NOT come here. Lackluster care. Extremely disappointed in this hospital. Do better Boca West.

To be honest, you never really hear great things about hospitals in general .

however, always keep in mind on the worst days you expect on the best of the people and with that said, I would highly recommend both as first consideration for anything most recently I was in the ER and had to expressed this experience that I never thought would happen within a hospital. They were so efficient and truly went above and beyond..

There’s so many names to highlight here because of the wonderful staff, but there’s one physician assent that with his professionalism and bedside manner has truly change this experience in a way that I didn’t believe hospitals operated so efficiently and this is way beyond Covid time.

To whom it may concern the gentleman that I truly believe needs to be at the very least recognize he went In my opinion above and beyond and made terrible situations nonrelevant, which is such a gift in itself, this gentleman/ PAC Clement Amey..

Can’t think enough for all that you do day and day out, but I couldn’t not recognize this experience

Brought my wife here last night and I have to give huge praise to ER Tech Bobby, RN Susan, RN Emily in triage, and Dr Lechinsky. They all provided such compassionate, excellent quality care to her. In what was a scary and stressful time for us, each of these individuals made her feel safe and well taken care of.

Diagnostic tests were carried out immediately after the doctor left our bedside.

Dr Lechinsky has to be one of the best physicians we have encountered here at West Boca as she repeatedly came to the bedside to explain each result to us whenever they came in. She also took her time in listening to my wife and was attentive to her needs.

Also shoutout to the xray, CT, and ultrasound techs for all their help during a stressful time for us.
