I drove over at 5:30am to get help with an upper respiratory infection. It was so nice to enter the warm lobby decorated with holiday tinsel! I was greeted by Tonya who entered my information quickly and as I waited in a very nice lobby with couches, the nurse, Jeff called me back. He was very kind and took me to a room and the other female nurse was also nice and took my blood pressure. The room was clean with a tv. I was offered a warm blanket after getting a chest xray. The Dr had a wonderful bedside manner and advised me on my condition! It went very quickly and left feeling encouraged and had the write prescriptions and information to get better. There were complimentary snacks and drinks in a small fridge at the exit! Everything went so smoothly and when you're sick, this is so important. I'm eternally grateful to everyone and I highly recommend this ER.
Knowledgeable staff and genuine desire to heal and help others.

Totally wonderful experience at Wylie ER. Dr. Gaza and RN James were knowledgeable, personable, and professional. All the Staff members were equally impressive. I highly recommend their services!

The staff was so friendly! The woman working the front desk helped me so much, I haven’t been to a place, especially an ER where the front takes their time to help so much! The nurse and Dr were extremely patient and helpful to my son. It was very convenient and not a wait at all.

This facility is EXCELLENT! I arrived about 5 am on one of the scariest and worse days of my 61 years. Everyone was pleasant, professional and reassuring. The young lady who put me in the “donut” has such a calming voice. She is a gem. I was terrified. Thank you to Dr. Landry and the Dr. who delivered the diagnosis. If you have to go to an ER, Wylie ER is a top choice. Thank you, to ALL the staff.

My daughter went in today and there was no line and got her in immediately and everyone was very kind and helpful. We were in and out within an hour and took care of my daughter. They tested her for all they needed to and the results were quick. God bless all you medical staff I’m very grateful for all of you ! Thank you

I’m not sure what the male nurses name is - older, beard, long hair. AMAZING nurse! He deserves some sort of recognition for the way he cares for the patients best interest. You don’t expect so much care, detail, and genuine conversation when you go to the ER. Usually it’s a quick check in, get seen, goodbye. He really took his time to ease my worries and nerves on what I went in for. I will definitely always feel comfortable coming here for any medical emergency.
That nurse truly has his best interest at heart. More people like this, please!

I cut my hand carving pumpkins with my family. I was incredibly nervous as I’ve never had stitches or anything before. The staff was so friendly and helpful, and Dr Trent was kind and very quick. I highly recommend. I was in and out within 45 minutes.
