If you have children with disabilities, don't even think about bringing them to this hospital. This one nurse, "guy," gave my son the stink eye because he was yelling. Like, dude, my son was having a meltdown! I thought people in the medical field were supposed to be knowledgeable about these things. The only cool nurse was Johnny. He was awesome. But that other guy in green is lucky his father wasn't there to witness his behavior.

The girl at the front desk checking you in with pink hair seems like she’s super annoyed with her job she was on her phone when I walked in and yelled my business to the whole lobby and everyone was staring at me when I walked away from the window that made me extremely uncomfortable and the guy at the 3rd window doesn’t even tell you where to sign he just hands you a stack of papers expecting you to know where to sign. I use to like coming to the ER because I felt safe now I feel like they don’t care or they could care less about what happens to you here. The nurses are nice but the people at the front desk need to change their attitude towards patients coming in they seem like they could care less about why you’re coming in. They need to remember YOU WORK IN THE EMERGENCY ROOM ENTRANCE.

If you going for things that are not life treating, you will stay there forever without fast service, I got there at 9:30 with urine infection and nurses were rude everytime you asked for service, they did blood work and ct scan test by 12 pm they got all the results, by 5 pm still nothing, if i have infection were is my antibiotic? We have one dr and she is prioritizing more sick patients"you should not come here see your regular doctor for that", we have priorities other sick patients, every body there has a fighting attitude .. charging $450 er service.

I came this emergency room on April 14, 2024. At the registration one guy and lady was working. While i came the guy was sleeping. He was extremely rude, doesnt care about the patients and his job! He doest have any tolerance to check customers insurance, or help anyway! Very regret I chose this emergency room! People come to emergency room already with pain, its not too hard to be little polite and help sick people! Awful place! Stay away! By the way, i was here at 4 am, there wasnt anybody when i came. Regardless, the registration guy and lady did not help at all!

White memorial has a horrible ER been here since 2 am my mother has been sitting here without being aknoledge. People that came after us are being admitted. It's not fair for a senior citizen to wait so many hours for medical attention. Can White memorial personnel respond back to customer complaints. All these workers sure talk alot and get paid to do nothing. I don't need pictures for you can see it with your own eyes.. horrible service.

I went in with a severe back pain on the lower right side of my back on 11/8 at 12am.The moment I walked in,I regretted it.There was about 15 people in the waiting area and I was in severe pain. The admitting clerk was rude and unsympathetic. After filling out paperwork, she told me to have a seat.

They called me after 30 minutes of waiting to take my vitals.The girl taking my vitals was very unprofessional as well.While she was taking my vitals, her coworker walked in w/coffee and she asked him "how much do I owe you?" She proceeded to leave me there (I was in pain), she got up and got here coffee and had a 5minute conversation with and asked for his Venmo to pay him back.

She came back to me, got the rest of my vitals. The provider came to check me out and it wasn't in a room, and diagnosed me with a muscle spasm.

Long story short, this emergency location is very unprofessional and all the workers there lack bed side manner.They all talk amongst themselves about their personal lives and I personally feel since the majority of the patients are Spanish speaking, the patients don't understand what they are saying.

Whoever is in charge, needs to reevaluate this ER location and get better training for these workers.

All the group of RN's, Physicians assistants, and even the front admitting administration in this place are being amazingly RUDE, and DISRESPECTFUL to patients that we already coming in with some sort of pain, and this group of DRS, and RN'S are making it even more harder by their NEGATIVE ATTITUDE!

This is not a good place to go to in NEED of help. People like Jesus and the other guy up front don’t like to attend you. The lady with glasses there will rush you out the door soon as possible.
They will give up rooms to others and not be as attentive. It took 7 HOURS to get checked on.
