The service is very good 👍The child was injured at that time. Some places need to wait for 2/4 hours. A friend recommended going here. It saved a lot of time. The child's wound was treated quickly. I am very satisfied. 👍The doctors and nurses are excellent and the environment is also very good

I cannot say enough high praises for how wonderful this emergency room is. When I was pregnant with my child, I had some symptoms that were quickly addressed. More recently, I’ve had to return to this same ER to treat an injury my child sustained. Again, I experienced the most wonderful care from the triage nurse, the assisting nurse, and Dr. K (for all the parents out there—we waited at Texas Children’s ER for 4+ hours after being told it would only be a 2 hour wait…only to realize that the Woman’s Hospital treats children)!

As a parent, it means everything to have that quick, attentive, and quality care. From now on, this hospital (and ER) will be our go-to. We can’t thank our care team enough for their kindness and care. Truly beyond a 5 star experience!

Had a great nurse at my OB ER visit. I believe her name was Angela but I could be wrong as I met so many staff members while staying in hospital. This nurse had amazing bedside manner and was phenomenal at talking to myself and my husband so we knew everything going on during contractions and what to expect timeline wise for getting to L&D. She brought me some light snacks and was so supportive through the entire process from the moment she entered the room until the moment we left

Unfortunately I had to visit the Labor and Delivery ER twice due to pre-eclampsia. Both of my visits I had amazing nurses who were calming and friendly and explained each step. Other intake staff also visited my room and if i didn't have the information they were ok to try later. My baby is currently in NICU. I can't thank everyone enough for being so kind during this scary time.

You know it's sad, when I recommend this ER for my pregnant friend to get seen and she had a absolutely horrible experience. No one listen to her or her concerns about her or her unborn baby. Makes me absolutely furious. Nurses and Doctors are supposed to help everyone who walks in to the hospital, not just think they know what's best for the patient before hearing the patients words of how they feel. DO BETTER!
