Absolutely amazing the minute I hit the door they seen me and they took me right to the back and ran test immediately because of the symptoms I was having the nurses are amazing. The CT ladies amazing the doctor that I seen Dr. Dang oh my God I gave him 10 freaking stars

He was super throw went above and beyond. I mean, I mean not many places would’ve gave you a CT scan based off of some of my symptoms, but he did make sure everything was great. I super Duper appreciate everything you did for me. Please come to this place if you guys have any health issues, I promise you you will be taken care of.

I had extreme back pain in the middle of the night. They took me in right away and treated me quickly. Went through my symptoms, performed a CT scan and determined that I had kidney stones. Everyone that I encountered on the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. I am very grateful for this place.

“Dr.” Munirah Reukauf is a doctor I strongly recommend against. She won’t listen to you and ignores the needs of the patient. I truly feel I was given a disservice by Munirah Reukauf. I believe she created a misguided assumptions of me when I effectively communicated the severity of my pain. My pain was excruciating and she seemed not to care about it. This was my experience under her care at the HCA Emergency room at the highway 6 mission bend location. She believes she knows what’s best for the patient while totally disregarding what the patient is telling her. I do not recommend anyone being under her care; I was in pain for nearly 4 hours before getting transported to an actual hospital in the Med Center. She displays traits of things a doctor should not be; Munirah Reukauf is very dismissive. With the exception of the nurses there, my experience with her was unpleasant and I do not plan on going back to HCA on Hwy6 no more because of my experience with her. The service at this location has been great to me up until I ran into this woman. I’m always satisfied with the services given here at HCA hwy 6, but how Munirah treated me is unbecoming of how any doctor should treat patients.

Came in with my son and it took no time for the Dr and nurses to assist him. The entire staff were so nice and attentive. Even the receptionist and security detail.

RUN IF YOU CAN AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!!!
One of the worst experiences my mother had to go through
recommended by another ER facility needing medical attention and the people that were taking care of her were being sarcastic with her and questioning her for the reason she was there. Yall made her feel so bad yall are a bunch of racist people if you know that people come to you for an emergency the least you guys can do is treat them with kindness and take care of them not question what language they speak or tell them that they need to speak English clearly seeing that they only speak Spanish. It’s so sad how you guys treat people if you don’t like your job then just get out we don’t need racist people in that industry. PLEASE IF YOU NEED TO GO TO THE ER PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE, THIS PLACE IS FULL OF RACIST PEOPLE AND VERY HEARTLESS PEOPLE THAT SHOULDN’T BE THERE!

Brought my 17-year-old here to get tested for covid as she had all the symptoms. There was no one in the waiting area ahead of us except a couple. Check in with smooth, the medical assistant was very courteous. We got to the back in about 20, maybe 30 minutes. Everyone was very polite and professional. Service was speedy. They did keep us there the entire 40 minutes to wait for the results, which thankfully came out negative for COVID and strep. But it was a good experience overall. First time at this location, previously went to the one on Westheimer which had good service as well. These places are okay with me

Excelente atención desde que llegué a la recepción solo coloque mi nombre y apellido en un papel diciendo mi padecimiento y en menos de 10 minutos me hicieron pasar me tomaron la presión midieron mi temperatura y me hicieron pasar al baño para tomar una muestra de orina luego llegó un enfermero que hablaba español y junto con el doctor me dieron las indicaciones de los exámenes que iban a proceder a hacerme me sentí muy bien atendida como una Reina de verdad y no tuve que pagar nada en admisión ni cuando dieron mi alta con mi seguro Ambetter me hicieron tomografías exámenes de sangre y me dieron tratamiento para la casa pero en general le doy 5 estrellas al lugar la limpieza la estructura del lugar todo el personal las máquinas de alta tecnología muy satisfecha.
