I went with my daughter because she had a red thing like garbage or blood in her eye, from the moment I entered the receptionist was rude to me and looking at us with contempt, when we went inside they put us in a small curtained room, the nurse came in with a very bad attitude asking what the reason for the visit was, I explained the reason and she reacted saying omg this is why you bring her as if saying that I am wasting her time, no one even touched my daughter to check her, the doctor came and only said that it is nothing and that there is nothing to do for her, her nurse was very rude with her arrogant attitude, I wanted to run away from there and the nurse said twice that I could not leave until they give me a paper which I waited a long time for, and when I came home I looked for her name to mention her here and it turns out that she did not put her name on that paper only the name of the doctor and where it said nurse it was empty, because I knew that she was not good to us, I absolutely do not recommend anyone Going to this place is terrible and lacks empathy, if you take your children to the doctor and expect good care, this is NOT it!! 👎 They also get upset if you speak Spanish, that's racism.!!!

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Came in for a severe migraine and they were able to get me in quickly, triage & treat me quickly so that I could get home and rest. Am thankful for the kindness of the staff and Dr this visit. True care like family!

Racismo a más no poder!!!
No vengan aquí, es un lugar horrible, te hacen esperar por horas y al final no te ayudan, son súper groseras, ineficientes, irrespetuosas,te hacen sentir mal por no hablar bien el inglés y te tratan como si uno estuviera retrasado mental, ahhh! pero para estar haciendo compras por internet son muy buenas durante las 4 horas que pasé ahí una enfermera solo se mantuvo sentada viendo rines para autos y cuando mi esposo fue a ver porque tardaban tanto hizo gestos ofensivos. De verdad leyendo tantos comentarios negativos no sé cómo sigue abierto este lugar, deberían de tomar en cuenta las quejas y hacer algo con ese personal tan nefasto.

Horrible experience.
Nurses and staff are highly unprofessional and rude. Only decent person was the one who was administering xrays I believe his name was Henry. This was how my arm was left after blood being pulled, mind you this have NEVER happened before. Blood splattered on the nurses face and she told me I hope you don't have anything, then when asked by another staff member if a report was filed she said she did not want to deal with the paperwork. I left feeling worst then when I entered.

Never go here they want to get u out as quick as possible never do the right test constantly missing over things and on top of that falsifying documents and paper works after TRYING to make it seem like something was wrong with me that wasn’t they proceeded to put on my discharge papers that I came in for something I never came in for . This is my third time having a problem with them with all different staff . I’m exhausted and now I have to go to another hospital so they can charge my insurance AGAIN TWICE IN ONE NIGHT! This is unacceptable. And on top of that they told me there’s NOTHING they can do . But I’ve also made a report on them to health and human services they wouldn’t even give me an IV

I came in for an on-the-job injury and was seen and assessed quickly. The ER staff was kind and courteous, attentive to my questions and requests, and quick to perform their assessment of my injury and direct me to further specialized care. I'd have no problem with going back to them if the need were to arise.

This is the worse place ever. My daughter needed stitches. She did get lidocaine no to feel anything. The doctor didn't even use much. Then wanted her to wait again to put more. She felt everything. The worse ever. Lauren the rn was the only good thing about this place but never again will we be back

The ER staff was very attentive and caring. I have absolutely no complaints and would highly recommend that location for emergency care. I will say the exact same for the ambulance team that transported me to the hospital.
