This ER is trash. I took my daughter to this location, and when the nurse called her, she was in the bathroom. The nurse had an attitude. I asked her should I bring her to the back, and she said no. I'm not going to keep calling her. I was like, is she for real. I walked off as she was still talking. We left and went to the one on TC Jester.I will never go back there.

First, I love going to HCA, mainly because there never seems to be a wait. I sort of walk right in with my issue and they get started right away. The nursing staff is awesome. I gave only 4 stars for two reasons: The registration is on an iPad (it would be nice to be able to lift this and set in our lap, having an IV in one arm and trying to situate on the bed to reach it with the other arm is weird... has happened both times I was in there.) This one is more personal. I have been a type 1 diabetic for 30+ years. I have a CGM, a pump and in control. Sometimes things happen and you end up in the ER trying to get your BGs down and figure out why they are high. This visit, I deemed the new vial of isulin I was using was "dead" and I followed up with the pharmacy. However, in the ER visit, they ran some tests, which I agreed to. I had a mild fever though, but nothing appeared I had any underlying infection. However, the doctor comes in, tells me this and then says "I think the issue here is that you just need to get better control over your blood sugars." He had no idea what my pump or CGM really did... I had to explain it to him. Being a type 1, I know 95% of ER docs know nothing about diabetes, especially type 1. I saved him the hassle of dealing with the insulin parts, he gave me the IV and made sure I wasn't DKA which was my ask when I came into the ER. But I actually started crying when he left the room. Being type 1 is so dang hard as it is, but then to have a doctor blame you, its not cool. I told him I think the vial of insulin was bad I had been using since I changed to a new one on the way to the ER with all the site set ups. Anyway, the doctor, he was nice, he did do what I asked, but patient shaming in a scary situation isn't cool. Just because something is unexplainable, does not mean it is the patients fault.

Even though they’re very busy and the Radiation Supervisor tech was helping in admitting patients. I still got my test on time and got out it within 15 mins. I always love going to this place because the people are pleasant and service is always good.

Soon as I walked in with my nephew and described his symptoms, we were in a room, and he was promptly tested and x-rayed. Virtual insurance registration. Flu A diagnosis. We were in and out in about an hour.
