I had a great experience with the Houston Medical ER. I came in & they were able to see me right away. This is the place to go with any health problems u may have. All of the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, & compassionate.

Last week we came to the ER and the doctor and staff were able to test and diagnosis both my daughter and myself in a time fashion. We both were in pain and the doctor was able to give us both fast acting medicine to make us both more comfortable while waiting for more test. We had to come back again for a second illness and the front desk last was very professional, courtesy and helpful. I highly recommend HOUSTON MEDICAL ER for fast acting services. And the facility is clean from the time you walk in, throughout the entire building, especially the restrooms, SUPET CLEAN.

I love coming to this ER because it’s close to my house and I’m never here more than an hour tops. The doctors and nurses are extremely welcoming. The office is clean and well kept. Whenever I have any issues this is my first stop. Thanks for taking care of my son and I when needed.

They greeted us well, and start taking care of my son who came here with eye allergies.

First time here with my mom. The staff is AWESOME. Jackie front desk, nurse Rob, Erica did images and Dr Nguyen. I had to call out these names because everyone knew the assignment. It was a quick process and they really helped us. I would recommend this facility.

Jackie was very nice and understanding. She explained to me the process in terms which I could understand.

Guillermo was very helpful and took his time with my check up. He also was very relatable and communicated as if he was my age to keep me at ease.

Dr. Patel and the nurses that worked the urgent care/medical er side on 4-9 were amazing. I went in for a bug and was incredibly weak and cold and they were so empathetic and caring the entire time. They explained the reasoning for the recommendations and didn’t rush the process. They also checked a lot of things to get to the root cause which I appreciated. I would 100% recommend him and this staff.

My husband fell ill at work and had to go to the nearest ER. This was his 1st time at this location. He & I both were very pleased with the entire experience. The front desk staff was efficient. His nurse Scarlet was funny and attentive. We were extremely pleased with the Physician on duty (Dr.Guillermo). He was very thorough and had a really good bedside manner. He answered all of our questions and appeared to be very interested in my Husband's well-being. I arrived after my husband was admitted, and Dr. Guillermo greeted me and made me feel welcomed. This behavior is not always recognizable when meeting a physician, but Dr. Guillermo appeared to be one-of-a-kind. My husband & I were very pleased with the care he was provided.
