I received excellent customer service and care from the moment I walked into the facility until the time I left. I called before I arrived because I had a couple of questions. Mathew kindly assisted me in answering my questions and getting me registered and into an exam room once I arrived. I did not have a long wait time.
Leslie was very thorough in explaining tests and discharge instructions. She was very patient with me. Jeremy got my results quickly.

Dr. Zegar! By far the best bedside manners I have ever experienced. If he had a private practice, I would become a new patient. Excellent job explaining what was going on with me and what I can do until I see my PCP. I never felt rushed and all of my questions were answered. I highly recommend Memorial Village ER.

Memorial Village Emergency Room provided an outstanding experience when my mother cut her hand. There was no wait time, and she received prompt and attentive care. The doctor not only treated her wound with great care but also patiently taught me how to handle emergency wound care and post-treatment maintenance. My mother said she had never received such exceptional care before. We are truly grateful for their professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience very welcoming and very clean. Keayrra was super friendly and explained how to fill out everything. Jeremy was very friendly and professional and Trish was as well she explained our after care in detail and she even got snacks for my son and made sure he was comfortable.Dr.Moaz got us in and out. I wanted to leave a five star review for my visit. I’ve never had such a warm and positive experience in an emergency care experience. All the staff were really warm and welcoming from start to finish. I would especially like to acknowledge my nurse Patricia, the best nurse I have ever encountered in all my years. She is very warm, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Thank you so much for the care I received today, it ultimately made me feel less anxious and afraid.

My name is Adam and I came in around 2:30 this morning the whole team here we're nothing but professional and heard me out I didn't even know it was something small, I felt better coming back home and waking up this morning feeling great and I'm so grateful for the team . Sometimes you go to a place and you feel like you're just another body but here, you feel like family. The nurse that took my vitals felt like a friend more than just a nurse and kept me very informed on everything. I will be recommending this place to all my friends and family for their emergencies.

Well if your going to start off the new year in the ER we are glad it’s the Memorial Village ER
It’s very clean, professional, thorough Dr. Metzler -Szabo is very knowledgeable and has a sweet bedside manner!!
The front receptionist, Miss Sharon took her time and was patient as I filled out all my paperwork.
Miss Keayrra was very sweet girl and helpful.
Mr. Jeremy the Rad tech was Rad 😂!!
Thanks guys if we’re gonna have to be here, you made it a pleasant experience.

August 13 2023:
We came back the same year on August 13 and had the same staff helping us. I can’t say enough about how fabulous they are this time. We also had a medical assistant named Eric who is top notch. My husband says their bedside manner is superb.

I was treated here early Saturday morning, 6 May. For a severe strep throat. My nurse, Miss Tricia took the best care of me and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Kahn is amazing. She is very thorough and detailed and doesn’t take chances with your health.
Miss Kim came in and finished my care and discharged me.
I love this place.
Also, the front office when you walk in is very kind and welcoming. Brittney is the sweetest.
The whole vibe when you come in as like a warm living room atmosphere. See photo below.
We will be back if we ever need the services again. I highly recommend this place.

I recently brought my mother to the Emergency Room on the night of Wednesday, 10/13, and we had an excellent experience from start to finish. First of all, I want to express my deepest gratitude to this facility. The staff here truly serves the community with kindness and a compassionate approach. I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional care we received. Great people do exist, and sometimes it takes experiencing a difficult situation to recognize the goodness around us. The team at this ER embodies that greatness. I believe that God exists in the hearts of these dedicated individuals who use their knowledge and experience to serve others. Everybody was so nice here! The place is very clean and the staff is very friendly! Nurse Trisha is literally the nicest nurse ever. She was very sweet and knowledgeable! Thank you to Dr. Maoz, Jeremy and Keayrra as well !
